The C-I-P Threshold provides a solid foundation to screed the concrete, creating a smooth surface for the overhead door to seal and the C-I-P Threshold's 3/4 inch grade helps prevent water from entering under your overhead door.
The C-I-P Threshold is probably the most improved product for the overhead door opening since the advent of the overhead door.
Note: All thresholds come primed with Rust-Oleum 77786 "Smoke Grey".
